Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) define and formally document the services provided by KU IT for the campus community. It is an agreement on how KU IT will provide a specific service. The SLA includes information such as how to request the service, who can access the service, when the service is available or when it might be in maintenance, and how to report or escalate issues with the service. An SLA also includes how this service experience will be measured for those who are using the service.
We are currently in the process of developing SLAs for the Service Experience Councils, and documenting SLAs for any services we are changing or updating. SLAs will be published in lists below as they are developed and approved.
