IT Technical Roadmap (2020)

The Technical Roadmap outlines the projects needed to create a foundation on which we can operate more strategically. This is not a strategic plan, but an outline of the critical milestones that we must reach in the next three years. Click here to access the KU IT Technical Roadmap - Fall 2020.

KU IT Leadership met in November 2021 to discuss updates to our technical roadmap, and we are currently in the process of making additional changes. As the roadmap is updated, information will be posted here.

IT Strategic Plan

KU IT is currently working on developing strategies for the core services IT provides to the University. As we complete the planning for these strategies, we will post information here. We are also working on incorporating projects coming from the KU Strategic Plan, linked below.

The Jayhawks Rising Strategic Plan is organized around three Institutional Priorities, creating a clear and ambitious direction to fulfill our mission to educate leaders, build healthy communities and make discoveries that change the world. This site provides an "at-a-glance" view of these priorities and objectives and the metrics we use to assess our progress.
